After reading the syllabus I have the understanding that teachers must follow every rule implied such as following directions. The teachers must follow directions every step of the way according to the instructions given. Just as the teacher follows the direction the teacher also expects his or her students to the same thing.
Being so the syllabus informs the students to follow the instruction's directions such as having discipline and to be on top of the assignments by checking the email constantly. As a student of this Education 1 online course, I have to follow the instruction that is expected of me as the student. Students of the Education 1 course have to follow the directions of finding a class grades ranging from K-12 and observe a certified teacher with a teaching credential. By observing the classroom I will be able to identify methods of teaching throughout the classroom. These methods include how to control behavioral issues. By observing the classroom the students will have experience in the classroom the student observed and will use the observations from the classroom effectively once the student becomes a trained teacher. The forty-five hours of observation are very much important as I will be connecting my classroom observations to help me excel in this course and also implementing the strategies …show more content…
Throughout the work study, I realized that I would like to be a teacher my self and educate students in elementary school. Further on according to the syllabus the 45 hours of observation will help me implement strategies on to my own future classroom.
