If I were able to pick the line for Spring 2016 I would pick Potential Candidates that would help keep this chapter alive and better the chapter as well. I would chose Courtney Lall because she's very passionate and has made connections with other sister from other chapters. I would then choose Melanie Taveras. She hasn't been and interest long, but she knows a lot about the chapter and comes up with good suggestions when it comes to fundraising. about the.…

My child observation and classroom observation took place at the Mt. San Jacinto Child Development and Education center in the preschool/pre-k (ages 36 months to 54 months) program room. This classroom has 2 teachers and 15 children in attendance during my observation. My study child is a male student age 4 who for this assignment I will refer to as C. The classroom environment as a whole can handle the children within the program, however I will provide a better picture of the entire room to have a clear picture for reflection. As a child walking into this classroom you feel a sense of warmth of both the environment and also from the teacher as she greats all her children individually.…

As I observed the room and the children for a while, I noticed that the girls were a lot calmer and played independently and sometimes together without any fuss. They played at a table with puzzle and crayons, drawing pictures and showing it to their teacher. They did not mind that I was in the class room and continued with their activities as usual.…

I have had the please of volunteering many times in a classroom at Platte County Elementary School. When I was in high school I tutored a first grade classroom, so I went back to the same teacher and she was more than willing to answer some of the questions that I had and it was great to see that her classroom is still functioning the exact same way it was eight years ago. This only means that the way she manages her classroom must be very effective. This was a great opportunity for me to observe classroom management in a classroom setting. You can picture how you want your classroom to go, but until you see it in action you won 't know if it will work.…
