I was able to see how my teacher prepared for parent-teacher conferences my last day observing at Rawsonville. She explained how important it is to have a nice jacket and a change of shoes. She said that putting on another pair of shoes can help with comfort and give an energy boost. Furthermore, she said that after talking all day it is important to brush your teeth and fix makeup as to refresh yourself and be presentable. My teacher never sits at the front of the table or behind her desk because she explained it can create a disconnect and make her seem like an authoritative figure.
