Module 1 content was readings from the IRIS website. The content I read related to classroom behavior problems that an educator would encounter and strategies that could be used. After reading the IRIS module I was able to complete the assignment for module 1 with ease. The assignment questions were well written that I was able to complete with the material I had just read from IRIS module.

The assignment was to talk about five strategies that I would consider using in my classroom. Also, I had to read and comment on other classmates post. After, reading the articles I found five strategies that related to my teaching philosophy. I focused on having a positive classroom environment. The strategies I listed were all positive aspects and developing a strong relationship with my students. However, I found Class Café as a valuable tool. I liked that I was able to post questions that I may have for a particular assignment. There were not a lot of emails. The only time I had an email for this class was when the professor saw that we were asking a lot of question on Class Café on an assignment. I loved the feedback I was provided because it was given at a timely manner and it helped me understand what I should fix, change in the next assignments.
