Classroom management is a fascinating concept for me right now. What I am fearful of is for that concept never to become a reality, but to stay in the desirable and unachievable category. This fear is in the same line as fear of never becoming a good teacher, but forever be a great student with a high potential. My observation of more experienced teachers has led me to realize a classroom management is a combination of structure, strategies and a teacher confidence.
