All in all, I learned that the MSJC Child Development and Education Center classroom’s environment reflected diversity in classroom by the toys, and materials that were throughout the centers of the classroom. Though the classroom’s environment lack on reflecting the socioeconomic in some dramatic play material, pictures and posters on the classroom’s walls, and books, the classroom did mirrored the four lens of culture, family, diverse ability, and gender that are important to children’s development as a whole child. I also learned that creating and anti-bias environment is critical for children because each picture, each poster, each book, each material/item/ object, each conversation carries a message in which they learn “about gender,
