The classroom is neatly decorated, not too distracting to the students. It is decorated so that the students feel at ease and in a community like setting. Each hallway has a community meeting area in the middle for the classes to come out in to and use as a meeting area. Many teachers use this area as a celebration area by allowing students to lounge out and read during free time or their regular scheduled reading period. The classroom is taught mostly by Mrs. Doss herself, one of the special education teachers come into the classroom daily and pull out two specific students for reading. She also comes into the classroom for math with these two students as well, but stays in the classroom so that the students receive the lesson and can work
