Classical school: The classical school is the oldest formal school of the management. It is the mainly concern on the ways to do the work more efficiently. It is mainly based on the efficiency. In this classical school there are three areas. These are scientific management, administrative management and bureaucratic management.

1. Organizational structure is a system used to define a hierarchy within an organization. It identifies each job and its function and where it reports to within the organization. This structure is developed to establish how an organization operates and assists an organization in obtaining its goals to allow for future growth. Organizational structure is particularly important for decision making. It is also important that responsibilities are clearly defined. Each person has a job description that outlines duties, and each job occupies its own position on the company organization chart.

2. There are two different types of organizational structure:
Centralization and Decentralization structures

Centralization: Centralized organizational structures rely on one individual to make decisions and provide direction for the company. Small Businesses often use this structure since the owner is responsible for the company’s business
