The best restaurant is la Mar Cebichería for several reasons. First of all, the food is spectacular, for example, chupe de langosta that is composed of langosta in pieces, lemon, onions, yellow potatoes, and other ingredients that create an ecstasy of flavors on the palate. Another Example, clasico ceviche is a delicious dish which has different ingredients that generate an interesting mixture of flavors, such as cilantro, classic leche de tigre, and aji limo pepper.
