On 09/29/16 at 4:07pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to 6310 Clark State Road, on a injury possible dangerous or vicious dog involving two dogs. I was informed to just quarantine the dogs and check for license and vaccinations. I arrived at the location; I knocked on the door and received no answers. I went to my vehicle and filled out two quarantine notices and a door notice. I left the items on the front door. As I was in the process of leaving, a unknown male individual pulled into the drive way. I exited my vehicle and explain the reason why I was here.
