The mission statement of the company states that “Efficiency: it’s in our DNA” Dyson aims to provide quality products to its esteemed customers.
“To ensure our machines keep performing, year after year, we submit them to rigorous testing. And when the test is complete, we’re left with lots of perfectly good components that we’d rather not send to landfill. (Dyson, 2018)
2.2 Product or service description
James Dyson is one of the top leaders in the market for the upright and cylinder vacuums. Dyson has competed against Bissell, Miele, Eureka, Nuton, Kirby, and Electrolux and Black and Decker. (Consumer Reports, 2018)) All are highly effective and can be held to the same high cleaning standards. But choosing can be hard. (Dyson, 2018) I based my new product off other vacuums that I researched and the only thing I changed was the battery life. Battery life in most vacuums can only be used to be 40 minutes but with the new improved Dyson V75 you get high performance lithium Ion Power Battery for Optimum cleaning performance. Leave it on the charger for 12-18 hours before use and you are guaranteed up to 75 minutes of power time.
