Media bias occurs when the media frequently emphasizes one specific point of view in a way that conflict with journalism standards. Claims of media bias include claims of corporate bias, mainstream bias, conservative bias, and liberal bias. Six power house networks that use media bias to influence audience to favor one side or the other consist of the following, CBS News, FOX News, NBC News, MSNBC News, ABC News, and Cable News. MSNBC, and CNN are known for taking the liberal side when informing the news, while others, such as Fox News are known for informing conservative news. CNN, ABC, CBS, and NBC News tend to reach out to the audiences that are liberal which means they support social equality and the belief that all people deserve equal
