As mentioned from the previous paragraph, in order to claim negligence, it is imperative for Bank of Stars to demonstrate that the Young & Brobeck, LLP.’s negligent conduct and the resulting injury to Sensor Circuits’ bankruptcy have an offhand association with each other and if Young & Brobeck would have done their job correctly, Bank of Stars would not have acquired a loss from Sensor Circuits’ loans. At the Bank of Stars, relies heavily on potential clients’ audited financial statements before approving their loan.
