This path is one that would have been avoided by all means had King been the one to make the decision. The four steps of nonviolent protest is the guideline Antigone should have used to combat the crimes against moral law. In spite of not being aware of Kings steps she still manages to follow them to some degree.With that being said it is clear that King 's ideas correspond with Antigone 's motives in terms of their faith in moral values, remarkable courage to resist oppressors and uncanny ability to remain unfazed by lack of support.
