City Police Offers are unhappy with the Mayor’s sudden plan to cut and limit all overtime. This decision was made expeditiously and without consulting the broader ranks. As a unionized institution, discussions between management and the union should have facilitated any changes in the contract. However, this was not the case. Union representatives had no knowledge of what had taken place.
