Being on a bus for an hour every single day can be very boring for a kid and the buses can be very packed in Chelsea which is a big problem that needs to be solved. The city of Chelsea was incorporated on March first, 1996. Chelsea is a city with a population of 11,610. Chelsea is also the second fastest growing city in Alabama. Because the city is growing so fast, school bus rides are too long in Chelsea, but by buying more buses and hiring more drivers, bus ride time will be shorter, and it will cost $1,488,300.
