I agree with the fact that citizens have the right to alter or abolish a government. As mentioned in the Declaration of Independence, citizens have some rights that the government needs to respect as live, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Nowadays, citizens elect the state representative through election, revealing a great role of the population currently. It’s the state’s duty to analyze if the citizens’ rights are being respected. The governor is the representative of a state. Therefore, the citizens are the responsible of state grow, however they can alter or abolish a government.
