At the first glance at this issue – Whether the bicyclists should obey the driving laws as the drivers do in San Francisco –, it pops into my mind that the bicyclists are not necessary to follow the rules which for the drivers. On the other hand, the bicyclist should have their own rules to avoid the traffic jams. The core reason why I have such perspective is that the authority cannot judge the drivers and bicyclists at the equivalent situation because they have different purposes and functions. First of all, unlike the vehicles or buses, the size of bicycles is smaller. As a result, the bicycles do not occupy as much space on the roadway as the cars do.…

According to the book when you come upon a railroad crossing you should slow down and always yield to all train traffic, you should never pass any cars at a railroad crossing, stop on the tracks, shift gears on the tracks, you should not park closer than 50 feet from a railroad crossing unless there is a sign that says you can, or the local law allows it. It is recommended that you turn down your car radio, so that you can hear any train horns, and at night you should stop before railroad crossings and make sure there is no train approaching, because a train may not have a light on and it is dangerous to assume there is no train coming. The book also states that you must come to a complete stop when there are flashing lights, and that you may…
