Twisted Fairytale English 9, Period 2
Once upon there was a so called “princess” named Cinderella. She had two sisters, Lottie and Dottie, and yes of course I am Lottie. Cinderella is NOT who you think she is. She is a rotten liar, so don’t let her fool you by saying Dottie and I are the evil step sisters. In fact, she lies so much I am planning on catching her in one to get her in even more trouble since she’s soooo good at everything. My sister, mother and I don’t exactly hate Cinderella, we just don’t like the fact that she’s taking up our precious space. For all we care she can go live with Belle and The Beast. Before we left, Dottie and my mother went to check if Cinderella was in her room cleaning as she was commanded to. Of course, she was but when I retrieved the information, I was confused thinking, ‘How is she dressed in scrubs and dirty clothing when she is going to this elegant dance’. I thought nothing of it afterwards but it became game time. We arrived at the Royal Ball except I had a mission to complete. 20 minutes had passed and there she was, She walked through the doors in a bright beautiful blue dress, a blonde updo, the sparkling glass slippers and jewelry covering her. By her side, was Belle, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty. I’m surprised the dwarfs and the beast didn’t show up. It was time for her to get busted. Music was playing, people were having a good time and mingling. I was hidden in the corner next to Dottie because she was the lookout. After, I slowly approached Cinderella and asked her to dance with me. She was speechless and dazed into my eyes then said “Yes, of course uhm, Prince Charming”. Now as you may detect, I dressed up as Prince Charming to trick her. We slow danced for a while until we heard the warning bell on the clock before it turned midnight. I knew she was going to attempt to run off because that was the time Mother was going to be home. I tried to grip her arm, but she got
