Cigna Interview

Reaching out to the group members connections within Cigna resulted with the arrangement to interview Mr. Prasad Ramaswamy who is currently a Project Manager at Cigna. Mr. Ramaswamy currently has multiple degrees culminating in a dual master in marketing and finance. He traveled to the United States in the late nineties where he held multiple positions with several companies working on various advertising, programming, and marketing projects. He went on to accept a position at Cigna in 2000 as an operation support lead where he excelled and received multiple additional responsibilities over the years. He progressed to becoming a delivery lead where he was responsible for all the deliverables on his projects. On the 366th day after his hiring on at Cigna, one day after the termination of his non-compete contract, Mr. Ramaswamy was drawn back into application development lead before later switching tracks to business management. While he spent time in business management, Prasad focused on forecasting and vendor management for Cigna. Currently, he is running the clinical IT organization within Cigna of which he oversees numerous projects. You go to the doctor and the doctor asks you what happened.
