What is vape and vaping? The definition would be inhaling vapor produced by an electric cigarette or similar device. There are many different types of devices, like a vape itself, a juul or an e-cigarette (etc). Vaping is mostly used to help people addicted to smoking real cigarettes. Or it is a gateway for non-smokers to open up and start smoking cigarettes. These methods are not the way to go when it comes to trying to quit smoking. Many people say vaping is healthier and doesn't do anything to your health but they are wrong. Vaping can cause; bleeding mouths, anxiety, greater chance of getting a cold/ the flu, many skin problems, always coughing, and throwing up. Plus many more. Also these devices can cause your lungs to not work as well
