For this procedure the patient is supposed to be under general anesthesia and the patient should be unconscious but I noticed that the patient was awake and feeling everything. They continued doing the procedure even though I pointed out that the patient could feel it. She felt her already compromised skin being ripped off because of a lack of love and respect on the surgeon 's part for his fellow man, not because of lack of anesthesia. An elderly man was jabbed several times in the spine, because the interns didn 't know how to and the only anesthesiologist on staff was out. Lack of resources was the issue indubitably. It is our duty as humans as brothers to help where there is need. It is our duty to be salt and light. We must spread love to our brothers and sisters around the world or else they are forced to survive in a dark, salt less world.
