In many stories do you ever realize how many characters can relate to one another , and how they can differ from one another? I have read many books in my short life time , and can tell you there are many similarities and very big differences between two characters from two stories called " Chura and Marwe " , and "The story of Scarface ".
" An African folktale Chura and Marwe is a story about unconditional love and friendship that transcends what's on the surface , and underscores the importance of seeing the heart. "The Story of Scarface" is a Blackfoot Native American legend , that is about a disfigured boy that travels to meet the sun God. In hopes that the sun God will remove his scar, so that he can marry a princess of a tribe. …show more content…
In Chura & Marwe , Chura is considered to have the face of a toad , while his admirer Marwe was beautiful , and loved by all of the villiagers . "When people saw them together they exclaimed , eh how is it that god could make two so different ". In the story of Scarface , Scarface was a young man who was marked with a disfigured scar ,that was described as " ugly red , and huge ". While his admirer the princess was considered to be the finest , and most beautiful woman in the village
