Chupacabra Research Paper

Comprehensiveness- To support information about the Chupacabra through critical thinking, the evidence about the creature must be comprehensive. order to reasonably analyze evidence of the Chupacabra or an attack from one, you must recognise the possibilities of it not being a Chupacabra. To consider any slightly odd killing of a farm animal to be a Chupacabra attack would be unreasonable and senseless. Many different animals are capable of killing goats, sheep, or chickens. To recognise a dead animal as being killed by a Chupacabra it is important to take into consideration the way it was killed. The Chupacabra is considered part “vampire” because of the unusual way it eats. The creature supposedly bites the neck of it’s prey and proceedes to sucks the blood from the animal. If the animal said to have been attacked by the Chupacabra has not been killed this way, the killing should not be thought of as a Chupacabra …show more content…
Though not all eyewitnesses are credible, if there is an abundance of similar accounts, the possibility of the creature is more likely. Also, if the same kind of animals suddenly began turning up dead in moderately the same areas as the eyewitness reports, validity of the accounts is higher. Science holding up the existence of the Chupacabra may be difficult, considering there isn’t information of footprints, video footage, or pictures. However I believe the personal observations & dead farm animals is enough evidence to at least, keep the suspicions of the Chupacabra

Most people believe “El Chupacabra” is a myth while others don't. Although many have claimed that they have seen it, they don’t have proof. It may just be some stray dog, or canine-type creature. One of the pieces of evidence goes something like this "It can change colors at will, has a hairy, reptilian body with spines all along its back and an obsession with blood. El Chupacabra translated into English means "the goat-sucker," because that's exactly what it does.…

El Chupacabra is a popular Latin American legend, a coyote-like bipedal creature that mutilates and drains the blood from other creatures including humans. This blood thirsty legend gets its name from the spanish terms chupar “to suck” and cabra meaning “goat”. This creature began being sighted in Puerto Rico in the 1990s after a series of reports came in about animals being mutilated and drained of blood. At first, it was speculated that there was no such thing as el Chupacabra due to the lack of evidence. No one really knows where this mysterious creature came from but what is clear is that even due to the lack of evidence El Chupacabra still continues to haunt the darkest corners of the…
