Chuck Smith Case: A Gambling Court Case

When a gambling dispute became violent, several of the suspects inside the establishment shot 10 people. The shooting took place inside of a Greenville bar 60 miles southwest of Atlanta. Investigators of criminal law have made no arrests, but the Meriwether County Sheriff Chuck Smith vowed to shutdown the bar.

Deputies responded before 3 am to find three individuals who had suffered gunshot wounds. They later learned that seven other people had left on their own to receive help. Five women and five men had been injured, and the ages ranged from 16 to 29. On Monday morning, each of those who had been shot had left the hospital.

Chuck Smith stated that the gunshot wounds ranged from hits to the arms, feet, legs, should, there was one person
