When covering The General Environment of a company there are six key factors that result in the make-up which are economic forces, technological forces, sociocultural forces, demographic forces, Political-legal forces and international forces. Even though Chubbies has connections between all the forces, there is a strong correlation between technological, sociocultural and demographic Forces. Technology is something that Chubbies relies on to run and grow everyday as a company. They have strong ties in social media relating with younger generations, an online and mobile platform that is easy to use and reliable and finally a Demographic Focus in their products that makes Marketing the products very effective and a culture that backs the brand for customers. Chubbies with an already strong social backing does one more thing to support a very important customer group and that’s support the United States active and retired military. Chubbies with patriotic ties you can find in some of the existing product design has decide to also give all active and retired military 10% every purchase they make of a Chubbies product. Teaming up with TroopID who helps gain military discounts for its members at all different companies, is connected with chubbies to support and reward anyone who has decided to put their life on the line for the United States of America.
