Chrysler’s team based approach When team based approach is used, the managers finds it easy to apply mainly because the employees usually likes to work together. There are several reasons why do people likes working together. One is that people will not be bored as compared to when they were working alone. Ideas will also be shared and the workers will be learning many things from their fellow friends. In this case, Toyota Company which has been using team based approach to increase productivity and also to cut the cost will be discussed (Noe, 2012). Toyota Company has been using team based approach which assists the people not to be bored from repetitive job and also assist the workers in this company to support each other when it is necessary.
