Prologue
As far as sight may see from the north-eastern coast to the south there stretched a great wall. A majestic and breathtaking sight it was, and the wall was lined and dotted by red torch-light, shining from the wall noticible from miles away and yonder, on both land and sea, gaudily outlined in the night where shining silver-white rays rain upon and towards the ground, to mingled red from the wall.
Upon either sides of this tall, great wall were set with stone-wooden platforms of scaffolding, built along its entire length. Upon and around these devices are many thousands of labourers and workers of many races: great sculpers from Dwarfdoms, expert masons and stone-layers from the stone-academies Aerisdornea, and labourers and workers, men young and old, from many countless lands swarming upon the wall, building and scurring like ants. For this wall was no less than the instigation of the construction of the grand Capitol-city of Sildellond, where the Emperor Kiliothainail has commisioned after his landing upon Silnea, to construct a noble seat for his Golden Throne.

Danir left soon as well, and retired to his respective lodging, assigned to men by number. For the rest of the night Danir only could vaguely remember. But he thought when lying down he could see in his mind the same look like that mad gleam in Hingarn's eyes. But the shape of this vision was weirdly unpercieveable, but this that he saw half-awake was much more potent, like a stabbing point of a silvern-spear. And it was terrible, and troubled his sleep.
