Have you ever wondered what living as a different person would be like? Have you ever wished for something most thought impossible and had it come true? If you have then this book will leave you coming back for more, if not then you should put this book down immediately.

The wind bellowed through the night, a goblin shifted his head and smelled the air. He looked vicious, his face was contorted, his arms and chest had bloody wounds oozing with bright yellow puss from infection. His left ear was torn off in an entanglement with a bear but this made no difference to the goblin in his eyes this only made him a stronger warrior. He paused smelled the air, tasting its every scent. Until

Then from the shadows a man stepped out into the open holding a sword 4 feet in length poising it at the goblin. This infuriated the goblin and he charged the man. Easily sidestepping the charging goblin the man swung his sword down at the goblins neck and made contact cutting the goblin’s head off.

Chapter 1 The impossibility of a wish
Ryan sleepily opened his eyes the remnants of his dream fading away without the possibility of coming back. Pulling his legs over the side of his straw bed Ryan groggily rubbed the sleep from his eyes, what a weird dream he thought to himself, in his dream he had wished for goblins to roam the lands again. Ryan got dressed in his usual work clothes an old pair of blue coveralls a gray shirt that had holes strewn throughout it and a holy pair of black leather boots. Walking outside he smelled smoke, that’s strange Ryan thought, there’s smoke coming from the town I thought the fire had been put out. Shrugging Ryan saddled his horse and began to climb on it when he heard what sounded like a trumpet climbing down from his horse Ryan walked slowly around his house but found

Along the way Ryan began to sense that something was wrong, most of the cotton fields were either on fire or scorched and charred, most of the houses were either on fire or had been on fire but had died out. Panicking knowing that something is wrong Ryan dug his heels into his horses belly and rushed towards town to warn them hoping he wasn’t too late. But as Ryan was nearing the town his hope was lost, the town had been ransacked and set ablaze. Ryan proceeded on and entered the town hoping to find survivors. Men woman and children all lay on the cobblestone streets pale as a ghost. The city’s water system ran red with their blood. Ryan tried to take his eyes away from theirs but couldn’t Ryan dismounted his horse and walked among the dead. Staring with unbelief as he walked and moved his eyes from body to body, he knew these people. Ryan kneeled down beside on of the fallen townsfolk to mourn for the loss of life. But as Ryan was mourning he heard a moan and realized that this man was not dead! Quickly Ryan began speaking to the man asking him who did this but the only response the man could muster was gob. What are you trying to say Ryan asked repeatedly, the old man gathering together his last breath

I was over ecstatic when Fernando, (also known as Fernie) my best guy friend asked me to go on a walking adventure with him in our hometown of Kelseyville, California. We started off the day by walking in the forest alongside of Kelsey Creek. This forest has a really big meaning to Fernie and I, because we both love nature in every aspect and these walking adventures are not uncommon to us. Starting on the path we both got lost in our own thoughts, I got distracted by looking above me at the the canopy the tree branches created. My eyes followed the patterns the sunlight was creating as it broke through the leaves and cascaded onto the uneven forest floor.…

When I first read The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference by Malcolm Gladwell, I was incredibly intrigued by the notions presented throughout the book. It intuitively makes sense that changes will add up over time to a significant change; after all, “Rome was not built in a day.” However, throughout this book Gladwell explores the counterintuitive concept about the foundation of epidemics. He realizes that epidemics are not caused by long term change, but rather by the combination of common factors found in almost all epidemics. Before I read this book, I led a fairly introverted and reserved life in order to focus more on my studies.…

I will not tell you about the book, so I recommend for you to go read it.…
