1-Cancer: Chronic diseases, including cancer and cardiovascular diseases are the main causes of death worldwide .Cancer is a genetic diseases that develops when one or more cells begin to grow uncontrollably(American Cancer Society,2014) , and this may be due to activation of oncogenes (positive growth regulatore),and/or inactivation of tumor suppressor genes (negative growth regulatore).Dome et al.,(2006) indicated that Coordinate in maintenance of the rate of cell proliferation and cell death is an important determinant in maintenance of homeostasis.Loss of control this balance is central to the development of cancer.
