Chroma Modern Kitchen Survey Essay

Primary research initially began with an anonymous survey distributed to two sets of socio economic groups, at the higher end of the spectrum were customers of Chroma Modern Bar + Kitchen who typically have more wealth, participants from this group were chosen at random, in order of getting accurate and immediate results customers had the option to complete the survey in place of a tip, the surveys were physical, paper copies and placed into the final bill for the customers to easily view and the completed ones to be dropped at the host stand to ensure anonymity. The second population the survey was distributed to, was students in UCF student union, they represented the lower bracket on the socio economic scale, students were chosen at random to complete the survey electronically. Students were compensated by having their name put into a drawing for a $25 Amazon gift card. Participants had to adhere to the guidelines of only participating once, participants must be 18 years or older to participate, and to answer honestly. In total a population of 55 customer responses and 70 student responses were recorded for this study.
