Christopher Lake-Personal Narrative

Decent Essays
When i was younger i used to live at Christopher Lake I spent a lot of my childhood there. There's not much i remember from when i was young, But i remember meeting a guy named Drewe when i was 10 or 11, He was tall for his age with short brown hair and Hazel eyes. He sat next to me and he was pretty funny so we quickly became friends, as we got to know each other better we realized we liked pretty much the exact same things and got along very well. We lived fairly close to each other so we spent a lot of time back and forth between houses. He lived close to a lake and i was morso in the forest so we would switch houses every weekend and explore the area around our houses and hunt for rabbits until we had to go home. I remember one morning during the summer me and Drewe decided to fill our backpacks with food, clothes, hand saws, hammers, rope, nails, whatever we could use to build a fort out in the forest. …show more content…
Drewe and I walked and told each other stories about what we’ve done and talking about things we liked or games that we were going to play for hours. Stopping every now and then to sit for awhile or to set up snares, it was around noon when we found a place we wanted to build a fort in. There were birds everywhere, rabbits and squirrels occasionally passed by, there were a lot of spiders though which kinda sucked but we got rid of them. The weather was beautiful too, the sky was clear, it was hot but there was enough wind to keep cool. We thought it was probably starting to get late so we started to build a fort, cutting down trees and making basically a small home in the forest, It took us a few hours but it was so much fun. We spent basically the entire day out there just talking, making jokes, or fighting with sticks and making tools with whatever we could

I have been living here at 100 Oakway dr. Richmond, VA for over a year now. As you know, I am in apartment number 2b with apartment number 32c above me. For 3 months now, I have been experiencing loud barking and banging from above. I know already that there should be no animals here in Oakway, but it seems to me that apartment number 32c is not aware, or are not concerned with the rules. I have made several attempts to speak to Ms. Dale about the dog and how loud they are, but she always tells me they are her kids and “kids will be kids.”…
