To begin with, I would like to give my Great Grandpa Grogg back to my mom’s side of the family for a month. I would like to get answers to the questions I have and learn more about him. We can talk about his stories as a team physician on the Mahomet Seymour football team. There was the one time when one of the players got a concussion on the field and he ran out there to see what happened. He asked him what number am I holding up, and he said,” Doc I’m glad you are here to help.” He helped the player up and they walked back to the bench and “Doc” told him to sit, …show more content…
They could see each other on Christmas Eve again. We could have our Christmas Dinner in the dining room in the back of the house and have some turkey or chicken, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and rolls with butter. They would say grace and then start eating and talk about what a great day it is and what they did that week. The adults would celebrate and have some wine and the kids would have some juice from the fridge in the garage. Then they would play board games. They would go into the living room and get out apples to apples and play that. The person who wins would get a little treat at the end. We could laugh at the crazy cards people put down. Then we could open presents. We would start with the youngest and go up to the oldest. One of the adults would have a garbage bag to put wrapping paper into when they were done unwrapping their new present. Then when we got to Great Grandma Pete we would be anxious to see what she got for Christmas. When she would open it she would give out a yelp of surprise and bring it out of the box and say she loved it. Secondly, we could hangout. We could go and get ice cream at Emack and Bolio’s Ice Cream. We would get sherbert, vanilla, chocolate, or vanilla chocolate swirl. We could get that in a dish or a cone. We would sit and laugh when one of us would get a brain freeze. We would try to eat them fast because they would start to melt. …show more content…
First off we could have more family trips. We could have more occasional trips to Wisconsin where my great grandma on my mom’s side of the family lives in the summer. We usually go up there once every year. If my parents had more money we could take about three trips up there. We would be able to see my great grandma longer every year instead of just once. We would have more opportunities to do more fun things. We could go to Hayward and shop more often. We could canoe down the Namekagon River again this year. We could even go to Spooner, Wisconsin to go go carting occasionally. We can go four wheeling a couple nights a week. We could go to Florida every year instead of every two years. If my parents had more money we could go every year and take a plane. We go every two years because we don’t have enough money and we have to drive and that takes a while. If we went every year we could go to the beach every day. We could go to Orlando or Disney World and go on the rides they have. We could take out the boat and see the manatees and dolphins near the tree groves. Then we could go on a nationwide trip of the U.S. We could first go to the east and go swimming on the Atlantic Ocean. We could go up to New York City, New York. We could go to Philadelphia, Raleigh, or Charlotte. We could even go to Washington D.C. We could see the Washington Memorial, the Lincoln Memorial, or even the White House. Then we could go to the west. We could
