Christmas Break Research Paper

Christmas break came right before my eyes. I was excited for it because I was going to my mom’s house for Christmas. I can’t even remember the last time I stayed there for Christmas. I couldn’t wait to go, the day was going by so slow. I needed to figure out what would pass my time. I tried playing on my phone, I went outside, and I even tried watching TV. Nothing was working. After a long day it was finally time to go. When I showed up there and it was a madhouse. My siblings were jumping off of the ceiling as a result of me surprising them. Once they finally settled down it was time to go to bed “It’s time to open gifts!” said Brent at 5 AM. It looked like someone was moving in. They were everywhere, but as I was looking around I saw a James Avery bag on the tree. I wondered if it was mine” No, it couldn’t be.” I said. I watched my siblings open their gifts first. I was heartbroken, but then I received some great news. One of my sisters Makynli was coming home with me. While we were in the car we listened to music. It was a party in there. When we arrived home it was tough to figure out what to do. Makynli wanted to play teacher and I wanted to go outside on the trampoline. I came up with an idea, “What if we put them together.” So we went outside and played teacher on the trampoline. It was so much fun until it was time for her to go home. It was a school night and we both need our rest, especially since I was leaving for Kentucky
