Christine is the true story of Christine Chubbuck, a 29 year old television reporter working for a local TV station in Sarasota, Florida. After watching the film, I wondered why I had never heard of this story before because I'm usually up on news stories that make the national news. If you haven't heard of this story before and prefer to watch the film without knowing the big plot twist, then stop reading HERE, go see the film and continue reading later on.

However, he reveals that he's chosen Andrea, the sports anchor, to go with George. It's obvious that Christine regards this as a betrayal, due to the exaggerated image she has of

The Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood is a book built upon shaky ground. It is a story pieced together years after it occurred by a man who did not care for the heroine--only for her commander. So it makes sense that this shaky account--with its biased interpreter and at times lack of evidence--would conclude with a shaky ending, one where our heroine, Offred, is taken into the unknown, either to safety or insured death. In both the conclusion of Offred’s…

It don’t matter if your black or white; if your child was raped and brutally beaten, what would you do as a father or even a parent? The genre of this film is actually based on crime, drama and thrill. The directors do an excellent job of placing all these genres into this film, from the rape to the trail and all the controversy in between. Courtroom dramas always make for an accelerating film.…
