The Christian worldview is comprised of many components and requires a faith based acceptance of God as the deity. Being a Christian requires that certain guidelines must be followed and submittance to a deity that maintains a Trinity type existence for the Christian believer. Christian worldview is a belief and a way of life that will lead a Christian to Heaven to spend eternity with God, after death; this worldview is comprised of God, humanity, Jesus, and restoration.
When looking at the Christian worldview, God is what is known as the Trinity. The Trinity is the same being that exists in three different forms but is the same entity. The Trinity is God the Father, God the Son, and God the Spirit. According to Hiles and Smith (2014), the Christian worldview sees God as “a mystical presence or powerful force at the source of the universe”. The characteristics of God being the source of the universe means that He is Divinity and Humanity; people should put God at the center of worship and attain a Christ like mentality, attitude or way of life. “Worshiping Christ means the rejection of all forms of self-worship and all worship of selfish ends including power, fame, and wealth” (Hiles and Smith, 2014).
