A person’s choices and actions may reflect their philosophy. When looking at a Christian’s actions versus a Non-Christian’s actions, there should be an apparent difference. A Christian’s philosophy should imitate what pleases God and characteristics that can be found in the Bible. Believers should not take part in the things of the world, but rather they should do their best to be a mirror image of God’s Son, Jesus Christ.
The Bible is the first place a person should look to find what God wants their philosophy to look like. An arrangement of sixty-six separate books are put together to form what is known as the Holy Bible. The Bible, the number one best-seller of all time, is an extremely unique book that has been read by millions of people all over the world. The Old Testament is consisted of thirty – nine books that discuss historical events. They begin with creation in Genesis and end with the Israelites around 400 B.C. There are several books of the Old Testament that only discuss the relationship the Israelites had with God.
