Jesuit Transformation Jesuit High School transforms hundreds of students every year through the virtues that they instill in all of their students such as the following: open to growth, intellectually competent, religious, loving, and committed to doing justice. Throughout my four years of Jesuit, I have acquired various prestigious virtues and still am working to continue to build the final virtues of a Jesuit graduate. My four years as I Jesuit student I have had many blessing experiences that have transformed me into the respectable young man I am today including the following components: open to growth and loving; on the other hand, I am still journeying to improve my commitment to doing justice throughout my future years. The trait that has hit me the hardest in my Jesuit career is being open to growth. I have experienced many situations that I would have avoided in the past but have now approached eagerly with confidence. Primarily, I have learned to be open to the ideas and thoughts of others especially my elders. Previously, I thought that my ideas were always correct and that my thoughts were infallible. I have learned that is clearly false and accept openly when I am incorrect and learn from listening to the words of advice that others …show more content…
I have learned to trust my parents and many of my friends firmly over the years. In previous years I did not seek to speak with my parents about personal things or problems but I have learned that it is necessary to be open in trust in your parents that they love you and are always will help you through anything in your life. Next, I have experienced tremendous amounts of support through being a member of the football team.
