On April 8th 1974, a legend was born. Someone who would change history was born into the arms of Deby Lyn Mercer. This young boy was Christopher Scott Kyle. When he was eight years of age in 1982 he was given his first gun, a .30-06. He would hunt for days with his father and his excellent marksmen skills led for him to become one of the deadliest snipers in American history. Chris Kyle was born in Odessa, Texas and loved the military, especially the Marines. Also he was into cowboys and rodeos. He was into Texas so much he wanted his kids if they were born any where else in the world he wanted them to be born on Texas soil.
