Everyone should try and live life trying to find the meaning to it. This is what McCandless did when taking the trip to Alaska. As it says in the book, “ Into the Wild”, “It is the experiences, the memories, the great triumphant joy of living to the fullest extent in which real meaning is found.”(Krakauer, Chp 4) This is what Chris McCandless believed the meaning of life was, in that the experiences and memories you make in this life that bring you Joy are the reasons that show you have lived.
