Chris Kyle: Becoming A Soldier

Chris Kyle joined the SEALs in order to become a sniper. After marrying, Kyle and the other members of the team are called for their first tour of Iraq. Kyle's struggle isn't with his missions, but about his relationship with the reality of the war and, once returned at home, how he manages to handle it with his urban life, his wife and kids. This book was a jaw dropping story he tells you everything that happened in his tours.

Chris Kyle is my favorite character in this book. He was a Texan man who dreamed of becoming a cowboy. He grew up in texas he was into rodeos and cowboy stuff then he wanted something different so he joined navy seals which stands for sea,air, and land.

My least favorite characters in this book are the terrorists. The terrorists tried to kill and hurt our american soldiers. They were killing innocent people for no reason. In the tours a lot of american soldiers were getting killed and chris had to help protect those soldiers. …show more content…
Than after that tour it was his last so he went back home safe to his family.

I was amazed on how good the book was. I got chills reading this book and i think chris wanted you to get chills so you can see how bad it was in the tours. I liked this book because chris was a hero and he wanted to share his life story to everyone. I wouldn't change anything to the book because it was written by chris kyle
