Of all the characters that I have met through movies and books one stands out as a person that I want to mimic. That person is “Chris Gardner” from the film “The Pursuit of Happyness.” Chris Gardner embodies a persons that I strive to be like. A successful man that will stop at nothing to get what he dreams for.
In the film Chris Gardner is a struggling salesman that takes custody of his son as he’s poised to begin a life-changing professional endeavor. He has the opportunity to become financially stable ,but has to forfeit a paycheck for 6 months as he completes a highly competitive internship. In those months Chris has lost his wife, home, bank account, and credit card. Being forced to live on the streets with his son and unable to find
