Chris gardner is a self-made millionaire. Ever since the start of the movie he was a very caring father. He would use his imagination to make his son happy when times were tough. Like he did in the subway station, later on that night they slept in a “cave”. When Chris got paid, even though he was behind on rent and had bills to pay, he still made his son happy by buying him a candy bar. Chris’s son was always a bright spirit as well when Chris was sad or angry his son would crack a few jokes to try and cheer his dad up. No matter what Chris went through, and no matter what he has done, he’s a good father. Unlike the Father of the young lady in “only daughter” who did not even acknowledge that he had a daughter and treated her like she wasn’t there, Chris always made sure his son was happy before anything else. …show more content…

I think that hard working is a characteristic of Chris Gardener because after everything he went through with his wife leaving for New York and him not being able to pay his rent and having to take care, feed and give Christopher shelter he had to keep going he had to make sure he got to places on time pick up Christopher and bring him to the homeless shelter by 5:00. Another Characteristic of Chris Gardner is persistent, because no matter how many bad things came along and try to bring him down like the IRS taking out $600 from his account for not paying taxes he kept on going and finding ways to get money he never let anything bring him down he had to keep going because he had to stay strong for Christopher he couldnt tell Christopher that he was not doing good he couldnt tell him that they were broke and would have to be sleeping on subways and bathroomsa lot more.…

o we live in reality, or is reality just a dream? In The Unavoidable Dream Problem, James T. M. Miller asks the question, can know if we are not dreaming much like Dominick Cobb did in Inception? If the top does turn forever, we know with all certainty that we are in fact in a dream because that is not possible in “reality.”…
