Chris Carico Qualities

Throughout time there have been many successful leaders all of whom have few traits in common. Someone who I consider to be an extraordinary leader, my father, Chris Carico, contains a collection of these traits. Through this guidance he has leaded me through difficult parts of my life when I was not able to do on my own. The qualities that defines his leadership are of many, but the most outstanding are of someone who makes you a better person by being around them. The characteristics of a leader are often in the midst of being personable, focused, and hardworking.
Someone who is personable will know how to convey their thoughts in a clear, understandable form. Communicating effectively with those you work with is essential to advancement. Someone who is personable, such as my father, understands that to work with others you need to have mutual respect and some form of trust. You can have respect without trust in this kind of relationship and it still works, but it won’t be as efficient. This kind of trust and understanding creates an atmosphere that will inspire others to work, encourages teamwork, and creates new ideas.

The characteristics of a leader are often personable, focused, and hardworking. Chris’s personable attitude grants him to communicate effectively and work together with those around him towards a common goal. His focus as a leader makes him understand the situation and utilize the strengths of everyone in the group so the task is completed correctly and to the best of everyone’s abilities. His hard work accomplishes goals where talent can’t and perseveres through problems to solve them.
