Chris Biaso: My Hero

Do you ever feel like you want to be like your boyfriend’s mother? Chris has been through many obstacles in her life but she made sure it never affected her marriage or her kids lives. Chris has taught me how to be positive, and has showed me how to be strong. My hero is Chris Biaso because she is a great mother and grandmother, she has a strong marriage and takes it seriously, and she is a strong, positive, kind hearted woman.
I am constantly hearing mothers question themselves, asking if they are a great mom or if the environment surrounding your children is what’s best for them and yourself. Chris Biaso is the definition of a great mother not only in my eyes but through the eyes of her children Christy, Melanie, and Tommy. Chris has showed so much love and comfort for each individual grandchild. I have never seen someone’s eyes have so much light in them as I do when I see the way Chris’s eyes light up at the moment her grandkids come running through the door or even when she tears up when she knows she will not be able to see them one weekend. The greatest thing a grandmother can do for their grandchildren is show so much love and that is exactly what she (Chris) has done.
Who knew you could meet the love of your life at a rock concert? In 1988 Chris met the man who was going to change her life for the better at a Van Halen concert. After two short months they knew that it was destiny and they have been married ever since. I admire their relationship simply because it is something you would see in a fairytale. Chris made a vow to stand by Mike’s side “ to have and to hold, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death do us
