Choosing friends is not like accepting a friend request on Facebook. There are many people on my Facebook account I’ve yet to meet in person. Occasionally I get tagged in a post about being their true friend. Choosing potential friends is not as straightforward as accepting a friend request. We share so many other traits that we have been able to overcome small obstacles. My friends are honest, love unconditionally, help out when someone is struggling and put others first. Our friendship allows us to get together, go shopping, have coffee or dinner together. Although, none of us are famous for returning a phone call we always find a way to remain close. When subjects come up that we don’t agree on, we simply discuss those issues. Matching traits can be seen exemplified through the way in which my friends and I treat
