Introduction:
I am working as sale supervisor which is responsible for all South regions in Vietnam at KDK Company. The KDK was founded by Japanese named Kawakita Denki Kigyoussha. Our products are the electric Fans, Ventilating Fan and Ceiling Fans.

- Now my customers are different catalogues such as individual consumer, industrial organizations etc. Each type of potential customers is variety of needs so that I must improve more skills and experiences for getting the new contracts.
• Does changing technology threaten your position?
- The developing of technology will provide more benefits for my position such as PDA, reminder and internet which are support me contact to the customers better and set the schedule dairy.
