The average food rating for group VI (Fats and Oils) was 2.4., 2.4 is a good rating for this group for multiple reasons. first being that each food had low amounts of saturated fats and some had none. Second, The group contained little or none grams of sugar which is good as low amounts of sugar does not build up and gets stored as fats. The dressing and sauces had very high amounts of calories per a serving, and the serving are considered small amounts which can be alarming if you eat large amounts of the food above.
