Back in 2014, ChoiceHealth had petitioned you to answer a survey that has been very pivotal in the way that we see ourselves partnering with you in the future. We recognize that independence is extremely important to many community physicians and with healthcare reform shifting the way physicians practice, we also realize in order to bring you value, we must shift and expand our services. One of the questions on the survey was: Where do you want external support? This question was intentional and had meaning to help us evaluate how ChoiceHealth can evolve to give you as our partners, a more comprehensive service portfolio to meet the current demands of your practice. The meeting content will include how we plan to make ChoiceHealth more robust by building off our current service offerings. In addition to our current service offerings we will be expanding services that include consistent and meaningful education opportunities, revenue cycle services, certified EMR/EHR clinical solutions, operations optimization, and ongoing practice performance support. We want to help you set up clinical and revenue cycle dashboards to meet the qualifications for things such as PQRS, Meaningful Use, HEDIS programs and any pay for performance programs that we can enroll your practice
