It confirmed my thought process of losing weight being a mind over matter situation. I know that I can do it, I just need to mentally prepare myself for the hard times that are to come because it will not be easy. Mentally deciding that eating junk food all day is not the best idea, is something that will for sure help in aging. The older you get, the more you really do need to worry about the foods that are being placed in your body and the types of foods that you are consuming. Strengthening your mental resilience and understanding why some things are just the way they are, is something that will impact your aging experience in a positive manner.
